The Postal Order Service operates at the post office level and is installed in the City of Bissau.
The principle of clearance is almost identical to the service of small orders that is made in Customs and Customs Delegations.
The customs official opens the merchandise, checks it and assigns a value to it. In case of franchise the merchandise is delivered to the owner by the post office.
If the merchandise exceeds the franchise value and has a commercial character follows the simplified scheme or the general scheme: In the first case a receipt is made where the rate of 30% on the value is applied and in the second case (general regime) the owner of the merchandise will have to contact the services of an Official Dispatcher for the purpose of lifting it.
If the owner of the merchandise wants to watch the opening of his merchandise, you must contact the postal services for this purpose
